TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

GEO EXPEDITION CLUB provides travel planning, booking coordination and on-ground support services.
The travel product itself is delivered by a tour operator and local service providers.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to start planning and secure bookings.
The remaining balance is paid closer to the travel date or upon arrival, depending on the itinerary.
Payment terms and methods are confirmed individually for each booking.

Changes & Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on timing and confirmed bookings.
  • 45+ days before travel: up to 100% refundable (excluding non-refundable expenses)
  • 44–31 days: partial refund
  • 30–15 days: limited refund
  • 14 days or less: non-refundable
Planning fees and confirmed third-party bookings may be non-refundable.

Adjustments

Itineraries may be adjusted due to availability, weather conditions or operational reasons.
Where possible, all changes are discussed in advance.

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruptions),
the itinerary may be modified, postponed or partially refunded depending on supplier conditions.

Responsibility

GEO EXPEDITION CLUB acts as a coordinator and is not the direct provider of accommodation, transport or activities.
Guests are responsible for:
  • travel documents
  • insurance
  • personal belongings

Support

A local team and remote coordinator are available throughout the journey to assist when needed.

Legal

Applicable law depends on the jurisdiction of the service provider involved in the booking.

Full agreement and detailed terms are provided with each confirmed booking.
